I honestly didn't expect much when walked in the door but was instantly helped by a teller. The personal banker greeted me with in 2 mins. He listened and understood my issue. He quickly checked my account and knew how to deal with what had occurred. I had an unusual fraud issue but he treated me with respect and was empathetic. He was able to fix the issue with no run around or throwing any fees what so ever. I was probably there a total of 15 minutes. I have never left a review for anything, but I but felt like had to mention this experience. I went in upset and anxious, and i left feeling relieved and most important my account issue fixed. I recommend anyone that ever needs to deal a personal banker to deal with this branch and this young man. (Not sure if i should put names on here.)

I like that their ATM Machines let me choose my denominations etc. I also like the text alert system that keeps me informed of all my accounts activities, So I purchased a boat in 2003 financed with Chemical Bank. Paid it off years ago, at least 5. I have an individual that wants to buy my boat. I told my wife to find the title. Of course there is an open lien box that we failed to have Chemical Bank sign off on when we paid off the boat. That's my fault. I assumed it would be QUICK EASY PROCESS to get Huntington to sign off and Bobs your uncle. Wife called Huntington and they said they would send it in 10 days. I said that's silly, I went to the local branch and asked why it should take so long to prove that THEY have no lien status and never did. Simple question do I owe you money or don't I. Its been 17 days since my wife opened the case. I lost the best cash buyers over it. Huntington will not take calls, I've had to go to the branch 3 times to check. Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. Their inability to perform a simple sign off, for something they never were involved with in the beginning, is totally ridiculous. Not going to threaten leaving the bank but there are a ton of others that may be more efficient. i will be bank shopping. They cost me $12,000 in the short run. Maybe for another year. summer is almost over. The window to sell a boat in Michigan is a very narrow window. They ruined my sale for sure.

They ask you to call the company and resolve it yourself. You pay fees and trust them with your money and they make you do all the work if you have a problem. I have been a good customer for 20 yrs business and personal and I am now taking business elsewnere.

We started off with regular savings accounts and as we have changed, our accounts have changed with us. The branch staff is always knowledgeable no matter which branch I have gone to and the call center is really helpful. We also have a second mortgage with them and it was so easy. I have banked elsewhere including Huntington and US Bank. Neither are anywhere close to the service I get from Key Bank.

The Gene Seminaro Allstate Insurance Agency is NOT good. I had my complete home and auto bundle…read morewith this agency. Over many years the price went up and the coverage went down. I cancelled and bought the exact same coverage from Erie Insurance for $800 les per year. Gene Seminaro will not stop subjecting me to aggressive pressure and intimidation. I have asked him many times to stop sending me e-mail and text and he has promised to stop........it never stops. Allstate is a bad company and Gene Seminaro is a bad agent.
