The agent created another one for me. I noticed I was being charged anywhere from 2-3 times a month from State Farm as well as being charged more than my original agreed upon amount. I had to reach out to them to find out why there were so many charges, and it's taken me calling them several times over the period of multiple weeks to get an answer for why. To say this has been frustrating is an understatement. I do not recommend this office for people coming here from out of state as it's been an extremely complicated, expensive and difficult transition.

When I was finally able to pick up my car in Dubuque, IA on 12-12-25, Jake called me to reassure me that even though I was covered through my present insurance co. that he would send me on my cell the (pdf) of my new State Farm proof of insurance cards. After my 3 hour drive back home to Nevada,IA, I was able to print them as promised. POI cards from State Farm were now in my glove compartment that very same day! Amazing .
