The agent created another one for me. I noticed I was being charged anywhere from 2-3 times a month from State Farm as well as being charged more than my original agreed upon amount. I had to reach out to them to find out why there were so many charges, and it's taken me calling them several times over the period of multiple weeks to get an answer for why. To say this has been frustrating is an understatement. I do not recommend this office for people coming here from out of state as it's been an extremely complicated, expensive and difficult transition.

The goal here is to charge the highest possible premium for the MINIMUM amount of coverage. The only thing that they are interested in, is cashing your check. And then when you suffer a tragedy, you find out that none of it is covered. NONE OF IT! Do yourself a favor and get coverage from an agent/company who isn't only interested in collecting your money and never paying a claim.
