She couldn't even just say something like my apologies for my staff and I not getting back to you in a timely manner..... Instead, she had no empathy towards the situation as it pertains to the water damage to home that resulted in a flood in the basement. Her response to me was "well you have me on the phone now..... If I don't like the way I'm rude and racist to you then call State Farm and find another agent" and then she abruptly hung up the phone. My questions are not resolved and I also have 4 other policies with her....
