This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced with Geico. Amy refused to transfer me to a manager after I made numerous requests. She is extremely unprofessional. Her behavior of threatening to force me to hold and actually doing it, declining my requests to be transferred to a manager and hanging up the phone is unacceptable. When I finally spoke with the office manager, I requested the next level of management to ensure this complaint is in writing to a higher level. I again was not given that information. This is one insurance company I would never recommend! The lies the agents tell people are ridiculous. Was told they would pay 75% for a car rental. I was told the only thing they do not pay for is gas or mileage well they ended up paying about 20% because they do not pay any fees associated with car rental. Now I'm scrambling to pay for this car rental. The agent Sarah told me "Human to human we are told from the higher upside just to tell you we don't pay for gas or mileage" so they intentionally leave out that they don't pay for the extra fees associated with car rental. Human to human? More like robot that money hungry. Just a warning to people thinking about using geico or using their car rental reimbursement services. They are a bunch of liars and they do not pay what they tell you they pay! read more

Horrible experience with claim adjuster at this location. I tried to dispute the value of the vehicle only to track down cars for a month of like value. After sending them repeatedly they then tell me they can't use any of the vehicles. They constantly ignore my messages and have not helped at all to move this along. Every email they send you is impossible to answer making it very hard to dispute anything. I can't not recommend this company. I was recommend avoiding them at all cost. read more
