Her reduced hours, reportedly due to budget cuts, have negatively impacted on service quality and caused considerable frustration among patrons. Miss Turner is widely regarded as one of the best preparers available. Many patrons, including myself, rely on her expertise to ensure accurate and efficient tax preparation. Unfortunately, during her absence, I had attempts to use other offices. A different location resulted in incorrect amendment that could not be filed as the preparer could not duplicate the original taxes. This led to duplicated efforts and inconvenience, ultimately requiring a return to Miss Turner for corrections. Given these issues, I strongly urge the management to: * Reconsider and restore Miss Turner's regular working hours at the Catonsville office * Implement measures to guarantee experienced preparers such as Miss turner has her hours Thank you for your attention to this matter. Cazle Mortgage secured two loans for my family and I to purchase the home of our dreams. No…read morecomplaints there. After closing, as many mortgage service providers do, they "sold" one of the loans to another company. I repeatedly reached out to both Cazle and the other company over the next two months in order to make my first mortgage payment on time, as the company that they sold our loan to didn't recognize our names in the system and ultimately, never received our loan. (I have at least 8 emails and many recorded calls documenting my efforts.) Unfortunately, Cazle dropped the ball and we got caught in the crosswinds. Instead of attempting to remedy the situation, or even apologizing in a meaningful way for their mistake, the harassment began by Gary Becker and Barry Diggins, the owner of Cazle Mortgage. I was berated for not having made timely mortgage payments and accused of trying to avoid my financial responsibility. This was particularly disappointing with respect to Gary, who held our hand through the loan application process, and seemed to understand how important our new home was to our family. Ultimately, through no help of Cazle Mortgage, I got the paperwork from the correct lender, and made all payments to date. Perhaps this was a unique situation? I don't know. As owners of multiple real estate properties, and working professionals, we have never experienced the lack of professionalism, nasty harassment and ultimate narcissism displayed by Barry - especially during the holiday season. Cazle Mortgage leaves a lot to be desired. Buyer beware.

Did you know that State Farm has a temporary withdrawn from use policy? We spend winters in Florida with only one car so we can suspend the insurance for our time there as no one is using the car.
