Even though I have had great reports on driving habits, I was told today by the receptionist that my rates went up because of my driving habits. When I told her my driving habits were excellent she could not give me a reason why my rates went up or how they came to the conclusion with my driving pattern . She could not state the total of my last premium notice correctly. Six months ago, my rates were raised again, and when I called,I was told it was a glitch in their system. There clearly is some shady things going on with this office. I can never get a clear answer on anything. I asked for Matt Gardner to give me a call and that I wanted to speak with him. The receptionist told me I would not be able to speak with him and he is not available and that someone else would be calling me again reiterated that I wanted Matt Gardner to give me a call and she again stated someone else would be calling. I never did get that phone call today. This office is not honest, lack organization, can never tell me the correct information on my policy and they refuse to allow communications with Matt Gardner.

They did absolutely nothing for me except to steer me to the worst body shop I've ever come across. All my other dealings were with the poor saps at the 800 customer care number who promised to pass along my displeasure to Mr. Coyle. Of course, the only time I EVER heard from this agency was after I cancelled my policies. I've since heard from several former Allstate agents that he tells his staff that they are to keep all calls from policyholders to three minutes or under. I make it a point to pass this along to anyone I know. There are agents who earn their commissions out there -- but Jamie Coyle is most certainly not one of them!

Also, we found out this year from our state that they never filed my husband's state taxes for 2020 and our state almost put a lien on our house because of it. So at this point, I'd avoid them and go somewhere else because he paid $400 for both federal and state taxes just for them to not. He's also reached out to them and hasn't heard back. This is not a business I trust any longer.

So I call Jason to see what happened and he says "I might have forgot to hit the submit button." I asked for a refund of $250 which was his filing fee. He declined to give me a refund stating "It was never a guarantee that I would submit your refund on the date you came in" DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

I would not trust them with future tax work and the fact that I was not reimbursed is even more embarrassing.  Their blaming it on the software is only telling me that the level of tax knowledge in their office is no different than mine.
