Yes we had to file a claim for Workers Comp, the easiest process dealing with the insurance company for coordinating medical treatment, employee compensation and keeping the employer constantly informed. With Zero personalized service on behalf of your Agent, which you apparently defend over a valued customer such as I, with this Policy since 2012. Furthermore, my Insurance Carrier, Travelers debunked your Lie you stated in your reply to me..(that in fact all agents were notified of this increase since May 2023!)
