We called them to find out what they recommended. They told us to submit a claim. We asked them multiple times if this would raise our premiums and were told No. Our premiums went up $50 a month. Numerous unreturned calls to them, had to chase them down. We asked why the premiums were raised, the lady told us because of the road incident.
