They wanted the same things that I wanted, to have good reliable coverage and to pay as little as possible for it. They provided me with an "insurace binder" that I took to the tag office to register my car the same day. When I got to the tag office they told me they could not accept the "insurance binder" without the VIN# on it. I was able to call up my agent, have them fax over an updated document, and register my car. If I hadn't used them I probably still wouldn't have insurance, and if I did, it probably wouldn't be a good deal. Plus, I probably wouldn't have been able to register my car yet. If you want good coverage, no hassle, good value, and human interaction, then call them.
