I am taking a few minutes to share some experiences with Cigna advantage Medicare. They have been…read moreok with processing/paying medical, dental and vision claims. Their billing processings however is the main reason for the 2 star rating. I pay my premiums with checks and have been doing so for the past 5 years without incidents, i pre pay for 3 months to reduce the number of checks. Starting in Jan of 2025, which i sent a check for Jan, Feb, Mar, Cigna sent a form letting stating they could not process the check due to it being illegible ?? They sent a copy of the check, which is completly correct. I contacted them, they made promises of responding which they did not. I finally got a hold of an agent and paid using credit card, they then sent another form letter requesting payment. I called again and after 20 minutes hung up. The recording on the phone was on a loop pushing automated payment...hmm sounds like another scheme to me.
