I have always paid on time, and driven responsibly. I had no problems with them until I moved to the Atlanta Metropolitan area where I commute to work every day. I called yesterday seeing if I could dispute the outcome, and I was told no. I could only dispute if my claims were put in by error. There was no fraud on my side. My vehicle had been hit is traffic twice commuting to and from work. The third and oldest claim was never assigned fault due to it being my word against the other driver's word. I realize it is all business and that no private company owes me anything, but it still felt horrible enough that makes me never want to do business with progressive ever again if this is how they treat lifelong customers. I give the company 0 stars, but I do not have that option. So, I gave it 1 star.
