Phone calls all go first to a call center, not to your local agent. It's a struggle to talk to someone actually at the local office. Local office? It disappeared from Alameda with no notification to clients so now she's only available in Vallejo office. Leave message at Vallejo office, calls NEVER returned. If you ever get to actually speak to Ms Noble, she seems personable and competent. But it's not worth the battle to get there. This has been one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with any company. The Allstate agent I was assigned to completely ignored every single email and phone call I made about a serious billing issue on my auto insurance. Weeks of reaching out, nothing. No call back, no follow up, no care at all. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If an agent can't even respond to their customers, why even be in business? Don't waste your time with her, and honestly don't waste your time with Allstate either. They clearly don't care about their customers or providing any real service. Had initial problems calling the office with no return of my phone messages. Decided to go into the office in person. Agent Takara Todd was most helpful in resolving my insurance questions regarding the recently classified 100 year flood plain in Alameda, specifically Bay Farm Island. In a nutshell, FEMA classified various areas in Alameda as within the 100 year flood plain - i.e. will have a 1% chance of flooding above the Base Flood Elevation (BFE) within a 100 year period. Yes... you heard that right - 1% chance. Thus, if you're in the flood plain and the elevation of your house, usually garage in Alameda, is below the BFE, you're required to get flood insurance if you have a Federally Secured Home Loan. Too Much Information! But needed to make an informed decision when talking about insurance. Well, Takara's patience with my questions and persistence in following up with the underwriter, helped me in making an informed and fairly inexpensive decision regarding flood insurance. This individual recently acquire another Allstate agency in Vallejo that handle my insurance. Unfortunately I no longer feel welcome since none of my emails or calls get ever answered. Finally today I forced to call other, near by Allstate agent to kindly and promptly able to assist me with my urgent needs since Ms.Nobel is way too busy to serve her new Vallejo clients. Feels like she grab another agency but don't have no one to service her acquired book of business. Therefore if you truly need urgent assistance don't bother just go elsewhere. read more

Like nine of the previous 14 reviews have mentioned, the customer service -- and I would add competence -- are completely lacking here. Until recently I trusted all of my insurance needs to the Noble Office, who has managed to screw up all four of my policies. I have spent hours on the phone with them, all to no avail. mortified!! i paid my renters and earthquake policy in full october 12 2020 stated i need immediate coverage due to requirements just found out my card was charged but no coverage til november 19 why would i day i. need it immediately and pay in full to not start now!? calling to correct it i got laughed at talked to crazy and treated like a child by takara todd shes very unprofessional rude has no personality with customers no following up she made me cancel all contracts and leave allstate!!! i hate her!!!!!! read more

Why doesn't this agency reply to emails or return phone calls? Jodging from some of the other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. I've been an Allstate customer since 1991 - I think I deserve a bit more respect than to be ignored. If I can find a more responsive agent, perhaps I can salvage my relationship with Allstate. The agent Takara Todd refuses to read the PDF of my insurance requirements that I sent twice. She has told me that the information was in error. She says she has emailed the documents three times that I need but I have not received them yet. I wondered why the recording for the business tells me it is the home of excellent customer service. Why would I need to be told? I don't know if she don't understand the descriptions of what I need, but she is certainly intentionally dragging out what should be a very simple request and costing me money and aggravation. read more

When I called to receive some information about renter's insurance, Mr. Kenneth Kimborough was dismissive and quick to get off the phone. He did not want to answer my questions and carry on a conversation about liability with regards to a home-based daycare. He told me that he would not cover the children and that no one else would! Since Ken Kimbrough left and Ayxa took over, the calls takes forever to answer and when they answer, they don't open the account to see what is going on. They are charging me for a house I sold June of 2018 and I have talked to them 6 times. My last two messages are not even returned. Not sure what is going on. Allstate Insurance broker Ayxa Noble is unreachable. The pat answer for your premium increase is that you reside in California. In my many years of having auto insurance my premium went down as I and my car aged. Not up. They made two crucial errors which made my premiums increase dramatically. I attempted to reach them, but they were unavailable. I was told to go to an office in Chinatown that was open on Saturdays. Of course, they weren't open. read more

After 15 years as a loyal Allstate customer, Allstate Agency run by Ayxa Noble has sent me over the edge to another insurance company for much greater coverage at less cost than what I was paying. I have received poor service at this agency and disappointed in Allstate's overall regard for long standing customers. I'm glad the staff told me about there yelp account. I've been trying to give these Ladies a outstanding compliment since I started the policy with Ms. Noble 2yrs ago. Her agency is the best hands down! When you come into the office, number 1 the staff greets you with all smiles. Ms. Noble took her time with me to review all my current coverage's on both my Home and Auto. I've had 2 companies before Allstate and not once have the agent provided me with her business cell if I ever need any assistance after hours. With that said, I purchased a new car and was able to contact Ms. Noble and get my vehicle added when I was at the dealership. 5 stars well deserved. Great Job Ladies! read more
