Eliana was very helpful to open the insurance policy but when I had to cancel, she never sent me the paperwork and she stopped answering my phone calls. I called her many times and the infinity kemper insurance she recommended, they don't answer either to cancel the insurance. Horrible. This place is a scam. You pay an outrageous fee upfront ($200+) for them to sign you up for the most expensive most basic coverage with a completely different company (mine was National General). National General won't help you with anything because you went through Freeway Insurance to obtain it. I was submitting corrected documents to keep my policy in place. I submitted to Freeway Insurance via email 10 days before my policy was going to be canceled for not receiving the documents. They were supposed to submit it to National General. Never did. Now my policy is canceled and the are telling me that National General won't reinstate my policy. So I basically paid this huge fee and majority of my policy to have it all take from me. $500 gone. read more

This is by far the worst insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Please run, don't get insurance with them. They charge you a broker fee that isn't outlined from the beginning. They quote you for a monthly amount that isn't the actual amount once you pay over $300 first time just to get the insurance. Do your homework and your research and don't go here. To add insult to injury, one I signed up i had to contact them numerous times because I wasn't recieving the proper paperwork and my insurance ended up getting cancelled TWO separate times for which they wanted me to pay a reinstatement fee each time. I'm at the point of calling my bank and disputing these shit charges for this shit insurance. Please I'm telling you don't sign up with them!!!!! read more

Attention Stay Away!!!! This place is a real Joke smh. I Had started my policy back in Feb 2018 and upon doing my policy I had specifically asked for my 500 deductible and rental car just in case anything happened. Me and Louis Rodriguez had a full conversation about it and he said he made sure to do so. now Dec 2018 I end up in a fender bender and I go to look over my policy and now I dont Have my rental coverage and my damn deductible is a 1000 like WTF so I called the company and they sent me on a damn rat race and when I came into the office they were no help at all sent me to San Leandro to Cost U Less because that is where Louis is now and that was even more of a complete waste of time. Ive asked multiple time for a sup to pull my recordings from the day i started my policy and at 1st they said they would then they got smart and rude and I basically ended coming more then a 1000 out of pocket for a rental and as of today 1/14/19 I still dont have my damn car back from the shop because AFA claims is full of BS as well smh... SO please if you know whats good stay away and go get some real insurance where you will get better customer service cause these ppl are a joke them and their brother and sister branches. read more

They gonna look for the worst cheapest insurance scam company ever. When you get into an accident your going to find out what you paid is what you get. Remember I told you this on this review. I work at a body shop and I feel so bad seeing people argue back and forth with there supposedly cheap garbage insurance. That's where your going to find out. Those insurance companies will make you wait for a very long time for the repair on your car. You gonna find out what they will cash out and not cash you out on. You gonna be calling for information on your claim and leave tons of voicemails with no one taking the time to return your call. Your gonna call freeway for help but there not gonna help you. Only thing they gonna offer you another cheap insurance and another broker fee. That's all there gonna do for you. You gonna think why you thought it was so good to go with freeway Insurance services. Good luck to you when using freeway. The worst broker will find you insurance companies you never heard of. Well, all the time i hear in the radio freeway , so i went down there to the office , its not really in a good area but when u go inside u feel very welcomed , employees are very friendly and professionally dressed up , i was desperately looking for lower rate since i just got my license and every other company gave me high quote. In the office Rabby was the one helping me to get insurance and he made it happen . He got me about $30 less than other insurance companies.
