Charged me $165 to diagnose check engine light only to tell me they couldn't diagnose due to not having access to Chrysler server. Well if you don't subscribe to their servers you won't be able to diagnose their codes and therefore shouldn't charge someone for said diagnosis. They basically charged me to tell me there was a problem, which I already knew. Unethical business practice at best. Will not be going back and would not recommend!

This led to the engine being ruined. Maurice told us that "these kinds of things happen. We are a multi-billion dollar corporation. Our insurance will take care of this." Upon consulting with his boss, Troy, the two managers suggested we pay half of the cost of this new engine install. We refused this proposal and requested they keep their word, claim to their insurance, and fix our vehicle. 18 months later, an open claim with the BBB, countless hours spent on the phone, we come to find out they deleted our service record and completely deny responsibility. My husband now has a new car. And we are still paying the car note for the Acura they ruined. Consumers BEWARE!
