Had a long-standing policy with this group. Policy was cancelled by Allstate 1/2 way through term with no explanation. When I called they said I had cancelled it. I assured them I didn't and asked them to resolve the issue. They told me they were not going to do it. I had to call a corporate office to file a complaint. The corporate office did an investigation and determined that they did in fact cancel my policy without authorization to do so. The corporate office reinstated the policy. I never received a formal apology from Brian Mair or his office from those I spoke to and refused to help until a new girl started and apologized for the former associates behavior. My rate increased significantly from previous rate. Also had to deal with getting charged from the car lender a fee for "not having insurance." (Over 2500$). Brian Mair's office made it difficult to try and resolve that when all I needed was someone to confirm I had insurance and that they were at fault for canceling. I spent many days on phone calls trying to resolve the issues while I had meetings I was missing for both my companies. I think everyones time is valuable and out of respect they should of had more willingness to resolve this. This is my first complaint about a business ever as I try and see reason and give chances. If anyone reads this and values an inkling of customer service with your insurance policy please look somewhere else read more

Everyone knows insurance is typically a headache, but ever since I switched to using Allstate with Brian Mair's team it has been awesome! These guys are on top of things. Good rates and attentive service. If I need to add vehicles or make changes, they do it quickly and professionally. The zero deductible glass option is highly recommended with UT roads being what they are. I don't usually review a lot of places, but these guys stand out. read more
