This company who provided me UPC home owners insurance, which took in October, 2022, a price gouged cost of nearly $4,000.00 in premiums, and Cowart's got their commission too! Neither of them, never informed me of their intentions to pull out of Florida, as early of August, 2022, due to the numerous claims, then to declare bankruptcy! So, I lose nearly $4,000.00, then had to pay again for new home owners insurance policy! So, insurance companies enjoy taking your money, yet when it's time to pay out or refund, as stated in the contracts, the insurance companies will pick up their ball and RUN home, because they lost. I had a couple of options here, but I saw that this one had a higher rating, and I can see why. I dread phone calls; making them, answering them, any of that... but the person that I spoke to was really nice, super helpful and efficient, and made it as easy of a phone call as one can possibly be, which I appreciate! My rates went up, which I knew was going to happen, because this is a more populated area with more heavy traffic and more accidents in general. But I have the Drive Safe and Save app, which actually does save me a good chunk of change on my monthly bill. I explained that I need a paper copy of my insurance policy card in order to go switch over my drivers license, because I'm not sure if I can use the digital one, and she told me one would be printed out and sent to me, along with a new Drive Safe and Save Bluetooth beacon because mine isn't registering correctly anymore. I was very pleased with how she helped me go over my coverage to make sure I was happy with what I was paying for, and saving as much as possible. She was really super helpful and nice.
