I mailed my 6 months payment in on 10-19-2022, to the Clyde Morris office, got it back in the mail today, 28 days later. It went to Orlando for some reason. Drove to office that I knew of, asked the new renter if Allstate left a forwarding address. NOPE! Tore open the envelope that I got back, found a phone number on that. Called and at least got to make contact with someone who gave me their Debary address. I guess it would of cost too much to notify anyone of the change of hands and new office address. Will be looking for a new insurance company. Been with them for over 30 years, no tickets, no accidents yet my policy goes up each and every year.
