I was assured by the "agent" at this branch, my duplicate payment ($1,738) would be refunded in 5 business days. In a follow up to my follow up, I was told by Bristol West, that it was processed TODAY, July 9th. I get to wait 5 more business days (hopefully) to get my money back. The person at the agency said that she followed up daily on my issue. She must not be very good at her job. Farmers claims are very good. However, paying your bill is a hassle for you.
