We had to get new coverage for our house and he never bothered to tell us that we lost our flood insurance in the process. Then it floods in Harvey and we find out we no longer have flood insurance which cost us a fortune. Mertz does not care about his customers! Now we get a letter saying our newer roof cannot be insured due to damage. But they denied a claim to have it repaired! Mertz is running a scam. Insure a property, refuse a claim, then refuse to insure it. Find anyone else to insure your property! You can't do worse.
