I am not a Farmers customer, and Lee is not my agent. I wanted to make that clear from the start.
But I did want to do some comparison shopping on an existing policy that we currently hold. With no appointment, I stopped into Lee's office and was warmly greeted. After introductions, I explained why I had come in.
Lee could not have been kinder nor more thorough in his explanations to me regarding the escalating costs of this type of policy throughout the industry. He shed a lot of light on the costs involved -- something my own agent had not done just days before when I made inquiries. I was tremendously impressed.
Despite the fact that a call came in for him while I was there, Lee never rushed through anything nor pressed me to leave. When I was satisfied, I thanked him kindly, shook his hand and he proceeded on to his waiting call.
If I were in the market for insurance (I have too many policies that get too many discounts because we've been 30+ year customers for me to switch), I would definitely check Lee and Farmers Insurance out. He's the kind of agent you want in your corner. read more
