When I went in, they offered no solution saying there was some sort of issue, and I was forced to cancel my policy and switch to Geico. I had this insurance for a few days when I decided to trade my 2022 car for a 2024 and I called Progressive to transfer my coverage to the new vehicle. The agent said that my premium actually decreased. Hmmm. I then looked at all my documents and lo and behold Progressive had not given me Collision and Comprehensive coverage as they said they had. I had driven the new vehicle for 1800 without that coverage. I was able to reinstate my State Farm policy without a hitch with Lindsy at this agency. She was very nice and extremely professional.
