We have been members of OneAZ Credit Union for many years and have loved it for the convenience to our house, the friendliness of all the staff and everyone helpfulness. But rarely have we spent any time with any one staff member except for getting the occasional notary services. That is, until we were spending time with branch manager Paula Gilbert at our branch in Flagstaff on Hwy 89, after our car was totaled when a driver smashed into the back of our Honda. We were very fortunate as Paula took us under her wing as we tried to figure out all the paperwork that needed to be submitted along with the payoff on our car loan through OneAZ Credit Union. It was very confusing to us but she patiently walked us through everything and we got it taken care of in one session in her office. Even though we remembered we had taken out the G.A.P. insurance on that loan, it didn't occur to us to bring that up in conversation because the insurance payoff was higher than what we had owed on it. However, it was Paula who brought to our attention that G.A.P. on our first loan was still a huge advantage because if we financed our next car through OneAZ Credit Union, we would receive $1,000 on the new loan for our next car! WOW!! So while we had considered shopping around to compare car loan rates for our next vehicle, that pretty much settled the deal for us & we decided to do a pre-approval through OneAZ Credit Union for the next car! We did find a replacement vehicle and it was within just a couple of weeks that we saw a $1,000 payment posted to our new car loan. We so very much appreciated this level of service from the branch manager at this OneAZ branch and just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you!! read more

If you need to use the drive thru, go to the Butler location. No matter what time I come to this location I'm in the drive thru for at least 15-20 minutes for a simple deposit or withdrawal when their ATM isn't working. They're never super busy inside so I'm not sure why it's a continuous issue. Maybe they need a teller specifically for their drive thru. read more

I have done my personal banking with OneAz Credit Union for many years. I have always been very pleased with the one on one customer service provided by each employee. When it was time for the business I work for to change banks due to continued frustration, I talked to the owner about OneAZ on Hwy 89. Amber Young went above and beyond to make the transition flow as easy as possible. The communication she offered between phone calls, emails, etc. to keep us informed on the progress of many small details was greatly appreciated. The only regret we have in not moving to them sooner. I highly recommend them for business or personal banking. read more

They're happy to send you late charge assessment notice when you don't pay your loan on time, but somehow they claim "you aren't set up for reminders" . When you complain. No different than a regular bank with their scam fees. read more

This location and possibly organization does not take complaints seriously. They say all the right things and do nothing. I posted a review about a month ago about this business location. They even commented on it. I wish I could've just responded to them there but it wasn't an option. I also talked to their main office and was assured they would fix the problem. They obviously are just saying what they are suppossed to and then throwing it in the trash because this Friday my husband had a super long wait. There were still only 2 tellers and a manager who doesn't care to jump in and help. I am very disappointed with their lack of genuine care and feeling ignored when they way they all behaved is not something I would've done when I managed businesses - there were several and I took business management courses - nor would I have allowed my employees to act in the manner that they did on my day. I try to remember the challenges I faced and how I handled them to be fair when juding a manager. The only time I complain is when things really stink. read more

I hate going to the bank, I always have. To me it's another chore I rather not do, like laundry or dishes... So I usually just use their app to avoid it like the plague. Despite that, this place has made it not so terrible to have to actually go into the bank. I've banked here for a couple years now and to be honest what really changed my outlook and makes my bank visits particularly pleasant is a teller named Sam. He's friendly and pleasant, he always remembers my name and information and he is always fast and efficient. I appreciate him and I hope OneAZ does too! read more

This Credit Union on Hwy 89 is the best bank in the region! Ashlyn, Julissa and Fatima always meet me with the biggest smile. Julissa always ask how has my day been and how the plans for my daughters wedding are going. Ashlyn is my husbands favorite ( I have 3 favorites), she always inquires how we are doing and has the biggest heart. You can really tell she cares about her customers. Fatima is the sweetest person ever (I was there for her first day) she was very calm and very professional. She is always very helpful. OneAZ Credit Union hired the very best employees ever!
