(It's a letter from my dentist so why does it have to be a pdf?" Anyway... that is just one of many slow downs. Then they need time to review. I was afraid I was going to run their clock out and nothing would be covered. When it was all said and done with multiple and multiple resends and wait time, they approved $200. So what in the world DO you even approve? I spent more on the monthly premiums than this.

They are no help when you call in as well. I pay monthly, which clearly is just a waste of money. Their claims review board is a joke and it seems like there may be age discrimination. My dentist office said this has happened before, they cant understand how this would not be covered, and they are considering dropping them as well.

The impact deployed both airbags and caused significant damage to her vehicle. Thank God, my daughter walked away with superficial, minor injuries! Chad Doubleday happened to be mowing a yard right across the street from where my daughter's car came to a stop. He was there in seconds, helped her out of the vehicle, called the police, and called me. He took pictures of the vehicles and the accident scene, and he stayed with us the entire time as the police filled out a report and until the vehicles were towed away. He even started answering our questions about "what next". Chad ended up taking the report directly from the police officer and DIA handled everything so that we could focus on getting our daughter home. His calming and supportive presence throughout along with follow-up from his brother, Chris (our agent), and Shawna really gave us all a sense of security. And as a Nationwide policy holder and employee, I can truly say that DIA as a whole exemplifies the "On Your Side" promise in a big way. I do realize that it's unreasonable to expect your insurance agent to be helping you out of your wrecked car seconds after an accident. They have given me advice on what companies to use in the future as well. If I have a question, I simply email Rob and he gets back to me in a very timely manner. I use Cupp Insurance for both home and auto, I have only ever had one major claim that i had a issue with my insurance company. I told Rob about it and he went to bat for me!

I went to their local office asked that my car policy be un-bundled from other car owners in the household because the other car owners sold their vehicles. They quoted me a premium for just my car, took my check and didn't bother to communicate with the large insurance company who cancelled me without notifying me directly. I drove by my local Cupp Insurance Agency twice a day who never bothered to contact me or anyone in my household to advise I was cancelled! They even stated their notes in their computer confirmed my request to pay for the premium for only my vehicle. Because they neglected to cancel the sold vehicles policies and didn't un-bundle my car I was cancelled, driving around for a month un-insured and have been turned over to a Collection Agency for not paying a premium on sold vehicles they neglected to cancel. After all they already collected their money they left me to fend for myself with the big insurance company and would not communicate their error was the cause of all this frustration. Way to go!
