Our first point of contact he told me he was headed to a meeting and he'd call me later on that day. Multiple days passed and I heard nothing. I called a few more time before I was able to reach him he then told me he was waiting on a quote from another company. I called back days later and he informed me that the other quote was too high and he thought it would be best if I went with progressive. Prior to him finding these quotes I told him I had decided to go with liability adding uninsured motorist, towing, roadside assistance, and rental. I paid for the policy and was told he was sending over paperwork via email for an electronic signature within an hr. I checked for the paperwork multiple times that day and it never came, I called him for roughly a week trying to get that straight because I know this is normally time sensitive. I left many voicemails and never heard anything back. By the 4-5th call I finally got in contact with his business partner who told me that they did receive my messages and that THEY OPERATE THEIR BUSINESS LINE THROUGH GOOGLE VOICE AND WHEN THEIR SUDDENLINK IS DOWN THEY CANT SEND OUT OR RECIEVE ANY CALLS. I called from another line and he answered and when he proceeded to tell me he was just about to call. That is when he realized that he didn't enter in my email correctly , and resent the info which I did receive. I immediately signed and sent it back that day (mind you it is now at least 10 days after I started the policy) Now fast-forward to Feb. 4th I got in a bad car wreck caused by someone else. I was informed while the scene was being cleared that the person that hit me that caused the whole accident didn't have insurance. while in the ER I called progressive claims department to find out that there was really no coverage at all, the only thing he had on there was liability and roadside assistance. Ive been calling him for the last couple days with no response from him directly. On the 7th of feb after the 7th phone call I place I got his business partner who informed me that he was out on vacation. I explained to him the situation and he informed me that that did receive a phone call from progressive a week or so prior about my paperwork... I asked why didn't I hear anything about that his reply was mike probably forgot b/c he has so much going on. My policy was canceled that day b/c he "FORGOT" to relay info.

Honestly, I would never want anyone, or families has to go through what I did with this office. The owner John Pham will tell you this office has over 20 years of experience we know what we are doing. Honestly, they don't know what they are talking about. After the fact I call back, and they will not answer my phone call. They took my money and now won't answer my phone call. So please DO NOT go to this office. If you had to go through the same way I did you can contact the TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE and the State's ATTORNEY GENERAL to make a formal complaint about this agency. Also, I believe the only person who has the license to sell insurance is the Owner and the rest of the employees don't, the only legally answer the phone and CAN NOT quote you any insurance or write your policies, that is illegal state of TEXAS.
