Banking info is the same, card info is the same, but same issue despite any of that. I've even checked to make sure funds were available and it ALWAYS is. When I call, all I get is attitude. My question is: Why are you so focused on new sales when you could have retention as well? It makes no sense to blatantly ignore current customers for ones you hope to have.
