I called Navy Insurance and spoke with a young lady name Tania at the Cermak location. She was very patience and informative in the situation that I was in. She kept me calm and explained my situation and explained what I needed to do to resolve my issue. She advised me that she will personally follow up the next day and thats exactly what she did. I can be a handful when I dont get great service but Tania made it very difficult for me to get upset at her by the way she handled the situation, kudos to her. I finally called again and spoke with Melissa who stated she was unaware that I had left a voicemail several days earlier but that she would talk to her staff. I explained to her what I needed, she said okay I will email you over some policy options that we can over versus what you currently have and bring your mother so we can go over her policy options. She said I close at 6pm but I understand you are coming after work and will wait for you, I get there with at 5:56pm the door was locked, I knocked a lady answered I explained I had an appointment with Melissa, she said have a seat, went to talk to Melissa 20 minutes later we are still there waiting....We walked out, I should have known after not getting a call back that customer service would be lacking. I will be calling tomorrow (hopefully there answer) to cancel my policy.

Yolanda is always there to talk to me and to explain to me everything in lame terms. She always takes the time. When got home, I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I had labeled the front tires A and B. The front tires were still A and B. They wanted to do my brakes and Struts for over $2000. I declined. You think they would have rotated my tires when they checked my brakes. Customer beware. I refuse to go back. At this point I do not trust them.
