Requests are not answered in a timely manner, I have to consistently follow up to get the adjustments needed on my policy and now I am at risk of not submitting documents on time because this location has been lacking on their end. In the last week I have had to reach out 4 times three different avenues just to get a response. Definitely will be the last year with this location. Twice I have called asking to speak with a manager and have not been able to and I'm told they are going to take care of what I need and get back to me. Today is the first day that I actually got a call back after I called them first.

I had to appear in court and show proof of insurance cause I did it over the phone and hadn't printed out the temp card they email to you. Court called to verfiy insurance was in effect and they were told that I didn't get a policy until 9 days later...HUH?? State suspended my plate for submitting a fraudlent card!! I called them to get this cleared up and now they are saying I didn't get covered until the day after I made my initial purchase, but I have an email from the agent on the day of purchase along with the temp card with the same effective date...so basically even though they sold me a policy I was not insured...Buyer Beware they are selling fraudlent policies!!
