A day passed without receiving a quote, so I called and left a message. at the end of the second day, I received an email quote with only the auto insurance and zero return phone call. On the third day, I called again and was told the agent was busy, so I asked for another agent to handle the quote. The second agent was uninterested in helping, so I told them not to bother and that I would look elsewhere for a quote. Later that day the original agent emailed that he was busy with another client and they were busy helping all the new clients. I can only imagine how poor the customer service will be once you purchased an insurance policy.

I tried Guardian Credit which is a small local company that is supported by a larger company. Our 1st meeting he found out that 2 of the 3 credit bureaus had somehow got my credit blocked. So he found a way to unblock them right away. Now I am waiting to see what happens next but so far very good.
