She asked Carrie several times for help to which the first time Carrie responded " what does the check say?" Several minutes later Mirrandia asked again for help - Carrie says " do 1 at a time. At this point I had been here for about 15 minutes- Carrie didn't seem to care that I had been standing here all along - didn't offer any more assistance. During this time Carrie assited 2 customers. Asked another associate for help but with no end result. While standing at the window for 30 minutes I was privy to the Branch manager having a conversation with " Chris" the receptionist- it was initially entertaining until it wasnt. Tabitha is the branch manager- she would be celebrating her anniversary soon - and she will be going to Rhode Island - not sure if Rhode Island was where she was celebrating, anyway. Probably 20 minutes into my visit to the branch. Oh yeah - customer told Tabitha she looked like she lost weight- Tabitha responded - I've gained a few pounds - Rice Krispy treats go down like water. Miranda asked another teller for help - Marie- she had been cleaning her work station- and again totally oblivious that I had been there for 25 minutes now-told Chris- the receptionist she would need numbers for the override- Chris said if your numbers don't work neither will mine-At this point I asked for the branch manager- was told she was out to lunch. When Tabitha did arrive 30 minutes into my adventure- she said she knew what to do - I had been in the pervious week - it was not as entertaining as this incident . I don't know do you think this is worthy of any stars? In a nut shell there where plenty of employees on staff to assist- Nobody cared that I was there for 30 minutes. Please look at the video- this is not an exaggeration. During my adventure there were literally at most- 5 customer transactions during my stay. May 3 was the transaction date - I believe I arrived at 11:45 ish and departed 12:18. Gotta see it to believe it !!!!!!!!

According to our W-2 statements, we were supposed to receive a $4,000 refund (federal and state combined), but Jackson Hewitt claimed we would only get $2,400. Meanwhile, my colleagues with similar tax situations received their full refund amounts as stated on their W-2s. When I contacted Jackson Hewitt, they had no explanation or justification.
