Constantly dealing with new agents, yet the last straw was when I moved out of state and was assured that my coverage was binding!!! Thank God I spoke with the actual carrier who advised me that my coverage was not in effect!!!!!!!!!!!! Kane kept telling me that this was incorrect, yet was unable to provide me the necessary documentation!!!! I even reached out to them and was assured that I would hear back from a manager that day, which NEVER happened!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!
