My policy went from $140 a month for two liability vehicles to $320 for the same coverage I wasn't even paying that for two full coverage vehicles! I am disappointed with the way you are treating your loyal customers Allstate please find a way to fix this!

They said we could wait to have them return till after the pandemic. When we called a few months ago, they changed their tune and wanted to charge us to come out and repair the defective burner they had installed, or installed incorrectly. Much haggling later, the service guy comes out and says--guess what?--he can't fix it. Says he'll order the part and promptly disappears, for a second time. That was three months ago. Various attempts to contact them w/ no return phone calls on their part. They are complete crooks.

Amazingly, they had "just gotten the delivery" and could come our next day to fix it. They can come between 8-12. I asked for a courtesy call 10 minutes out to put the dog away and my wife could get the baby situated. No call. Anyhow, repair man shows up. Takes everything out of my cabinet, takes down the microwave to fix it. Guess what? He forgot the fuse he needed. He was going to grab it the next morning and come back to fix it. He wanted to leave the microwave on my kitchen island, disassembled, and just leave. We said absolutely not, he rolled his eyes and reinstalled the (still quite broken) microwave. I said see you tomorrow. This was 4/27/18. Fast forward to yesterday (5/16/18). I call the company and spoke to Ms. pleasant on the phone. She puts me on hold and when she picks back up, she told me that they're waiting on the motherboard. I explained that was already changed out and we just needed the fuse. She sighs and then she puts me on hold again. She comes back and said that they had to special order the fuse, but guess what???? The fuse had arrived THIS MORNING. Hallelujah. The tech was scheduled to come out tomorrow and fix it between 8-12. I asked for a courtesy call. He just showed up. No call. It would have been worth it to me to buy a new microwave and never worked with this company. It's been 6+ weeks. This whole process and warranty claim was free. And I still feel like it was overpriced. Terrible customer service. The tech was a nice guy. He did everything he could. Frustrating experience Update: microwave still not fixed.

Regardless of the negative feedback, I just received one these. I wrote her (copied corporate) and complained that it was creepy AF. Apparently, she doesn't think this is inappropriate or creepy. She could not care less. Her inability to comprehend this tells me she is unscrupulous. A shady lady. I wouldn't trust her at all. And BTW, Allstate dropped me when I lived in Florida after multiple hurricanes even though my house had no real damage. It was random. So, you are NOT in good hands with Allstate.

I was referred to Gregg and I wish that I never was. I agreed to move forward with my homeowners, auto, and umbrella. They managed to move 2 of 3 policies to Allstate but never changed my homeowners. Long story short, the homeowners wasn't switched over as easily as one of Gregg's employees made it seem. Allstate SPAM's you with an unreal amount of mail/ emails once you sign up for their insurance. You can't decipher what's important and what isn't. I set all of my payments for everything to autopay, but they didn't cancel my old homeowners policy correctly resulting in a collection. Allstate and Gregg couldn't figure this out. Gregg's big brain solution is for me to pay the collection. How about you cut me a check, Gregg? I had coverage from my current provider the whole time but greedy Gregg wants to collect his commission on a policy that literally was never used. This guy cares more about getting his commission than he does about his clients actually being covered. Total nightmare experience with this "agent" and Allstate.

Tried to prepay a year of insurance, "couldn't take the payment", tried to set up auto pay 3 times with them, nope never happens.
