Four hours later after not hearing from Mr. Cody, I called back and was told to leave a message on the voicemail of agent Antoine Hooper who was at lunch. Therefore I left a message on Mr. Hooper's voicemail I did not receive the minimal courtesy of a return phone call from either of the agents. Walt Terry's business must doing so well that returning phone calls is not a priority.

I was out of the Country and when I returned, I received this notice and called to discuss. This was my first time encountering my new Representative and she was rude, uncaring and extremely flip. I immediately called Allstate to switch to another Allstate Office. Susana McCoy's Allstate Insurance Office (Clinton Agency Inc) is definitely not recommended, she does not know how to treat customers.

I have just cancelled my auto coverage and when my renter's policy is up I will completely wash my hands with her office. Before you decide to deal with Ms. McCoy's office please make sure you call at a convenient time for her staff. Be sure to not ask questions because they hate those. Lastly, read your entire policy very carefully, because they will make you to believe one thing and what's in writing will be completely different. If you like the used car salesman environment, call Susana McCoy's office today! UPDATE.... After I posted my original yelp review I received a rather nasty email from Susana McCoy herself. Please keep in mind that I have never spoken with her before today. Any reasonable business professional who cared about customer service would have reached out to me and tried to figure out why I was unhappy with her office. Instead she writes me a email with a very combative tone. This is the type of service I was speaking about in my initial review. Then they got one of their employees to write a positive yelp review to off sit my option. I was told by the young lady in the office that yelp reviews affect the entire office. It was not my intentions to affect anyone's job. I thought yelp was a place where people had the RIGHT to voice their option.
