When purchasing my home, ignorance of the timing needed for coverage lead to issues with my closing. Even after everything, when I switched out of using their agency to deal directly with an insurance company (which is so much better than whatever you call this service), I called to terminate my coverages. I was given attitude over the phone and told I would need to send an email to verify my request. I sent the email with the requested termination date that night. Wouldn't ya know it, no response. Three and a half weeks later, I called the insurance provider directly to verify cancellation because, yet again, it is impossible to get ahold of anyone in this agency. The insurance provider said that there were no requests to terminate coverage. If you want to waste your time and money with poor representation and complete disregard for anything you ask for, Nuzum Insurance is the place for you.
