My real estate policies got assigned to Ron Andre but my car insurance was given to another agent. I found out about that by accident. I had to call Ron Andre's office to have him send my real estate properties over to the agent who had the car insurance since I wanted them to all be at the same office. He assured me that he would do that. When I called the agent a few days later on another issue, they told me that my account was no longer with them. Instead, Ron had called them & had them send my car insurance over to him which was the exact opposite of what I told him. I was not happy when the policies were split up so I told him in no uncertain terms that I wanted them at the office where Donna is working now since she was familiar with my policies & I knew she was competent. It would have been very hard to misunderstand what I wanted. I feel he thought he would pull a fast one & that I wouldn't notice.
