She could not care less. Her inability to comprehend this tells me she is unscrupulous. A shady lady. I wouldn't trust her at all. And BTW, Allstate dropped me when I lived in Florida after multiple hurricanes even though my house had no real damage. It was random. So, you are NOT in good hands with Allstate.
