They then suggested I upload photos to their app--downloaded it several times, never worked. They then suggested I take photos of the damage to submit. Did that--sorry we can't accept them. Then the agent took photos to submit. I 'm thinking we're done here--mind you this is two months after the initial damage-I call them to see about the status and am told they never accepted the agent's photos.
