This is why we wanted to have our policy moved to a different State Farm agent. This has been the MO, when ever we need information or have a question it is like pulling teeth to get an answer, if this was not the case he may still be our agent. I understand maybe why he wants to drop the ball since we are moving away from him but in my opinion it is very unprofessional he should carry out his duties to the end no matter the outcome. Yet another reason which shows the professionalism or lack of. According to Ian we need to go on line and request the transfer they cant do it. I have talked to other agents who say that is ridiculous agents can transfer policies. So according to Ian we need to set up an online account just to transfer our account. Sounds like he doesn't want to be bothered. He had our business for a few years with premiums in excess of 20 k per year, maybe we weren't big enough for him not making enough off of us i guess. Now when we requested for him to do something now he cant. Beware hope he doesn't treat all his policy holders this way saying a lot but very little follow through and putting the burden on you when something is needed. I could go on but I think this brings the point across.

This review is part in response to State Farm as a whole but also in response to the utterly…read morehorrible service I've received by Angelo Tzinares State Farm. I could write a novel but I'll keep it short. My roof has obvious hail damage as has been documented by two separate contractors and the 3rd party inspector sent out by State Farm itself. This is not even in dispute. I also have coverage from State Farm for hail damage to my home. Regardless of these two indisputable facts, SF has now twice denied my completely legitimate claim. The first denial was the claim itself, the second was the appeal. They have yet to give me even a hint of a reason for this denial. They just tell me repeatedly they're denying it--even though the inspector they sent out documented hail damage all over my roof AND the date it happened, which was only several months ago--well within the window of a claim. This scenario has played out now for well over a month and I have yet to hear a single, utter word from Angelo Tzinares, despite being promised multiple times to get a phone call back from him. Everybody in his office "understands" my frustrations and PROMISES me that he'll call me back and he'll be fighting for me to get my claim handled. This is BS...I pay SF gobs of money every month for three expensive cars and a large home with many riders added to the bill. I've never once had a homeowners claim and the first time I do, I'm denied without reason or explanation. My advice to anyone reading this is to STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS OFFICE AND FROM STATE FARM IN GENERAL. After I post this review everywhere I can find to post it, I'm going to be going to the BBB, and then I'll be calling a lawyer. Please, save yourself the trauma of dealing with these people and go elsewhere.
