I started this process in July of last year, and asked him if we could put this on hold in December as I was dealing with a lot. We started back up in March and I was ready to roll. I provided everything asked of me. In May, I reached out to Stuart again after not hearing from him. Stuart told me that we will be filing my paperwork next week. That week came and went and I would never heard from him again. I was already apprehensive about doing it, but I knew it had to be done. I'm really disappointed that I paid in full to file a Chapter 7, and it was never filled. I emailed Stuart back last week asking him for my filing fee back, I already knew I would take a loss on the over $2000 that I zelled him for my bk7 fee. Even after sending back my filing fee, he offered no explanation again. I wish I wouldn't have been so naïve in the beginning, and cut contact after he ghosted me the first time.
