We got a new one, all of a sudden, who said we were going to have a reduction, because the car's interior was in poor condition. It was a work car, for customers to drive with us in. It was immaculate. The soil was because the tow people stuck the torn of fenders and bumper parts inside the car back seat! So we got it esclated. Then Liberty "discovered" not only that the car had been undervalued but that we had a special coverage which required them to comp us for a car one year newer (same make and model), with about half as many miles as we actually had! So we ended up with an extra $4400. But we had to fight and fight and fight. A home hail damage claim, from last winter 2018... a year ago. Took two dozen phone calls, and similar number of long emails, escalation to a manager. A nearly endless battle. Finally got the check yesterday, got an email at 9:32 PM, asking me to do something about the check. AWFUL CLAIMS SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THEM FOR EVERYTHING.

I had a Realtor in the same business complex as Michelle's office and so we walked across the parking lot to talk with her. So glad that we did! Michelle listened to our needs for our auto policies and signed us up. We met as strangers, but are now good friends. The only regret I have was not listening to Michelle when we bought our home owners insurance. Michelle recommended a lower deductible and I opted for the higher deductible. Bad choice on my part. Less than a year later hail completely destroyed our roof. Lesson learned! I talked to a few local roofers/plumbers/contractors who told me that Farmers is the easiest insurance company to work with. They pay claims without a hassle and are always fair with their insured and vendors who make the repairs. I needed to call my State Farm agent's office to see about setting up an additional renter's…read morepolicy. I spoke with Conner Thayer, and he was able to help me out very quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but he forwarded the new policy information to the property where the new policy coverage is taking effect, because he knew that that property owner had requested that the new policy information be submitted so it could then go through a third party. This was my first experience with needing to go through a third party, and Conner actually took the initiative and looked up the name of the property and then forwarded the information to them, and included all the information that the property and the third party needed. It's important that I emphasize that Conner went out of his way to do this for me. I was so surprised and pleased that he did this. And during our conversation earlier that day, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Just amazing customer service all around. This is the second time I've submitted a review regarding my experience working with Conner, and the consistency of the quality of customer service he provides is really amazing and greatly appreciated.
