It took 2 months and toms of phone calls, emails and headaches to finally get someone to generate my policy with the effective date as purchased. Now that I have the policy I do not have all of the coverages I originally purchase. my payments are higher than what I purchased and I received a bill for over 500.00 because of their mistake. No apologies no compensation for the inconvenience and the nightmare. A 500.00 bill!!!!! Worse service and company I have ever dealt with and I warn go to USAA Geico State Farm or Liberty mutual before dealing with Allstate and this agency. I have never left a bad review for any business until now.

Unbelievable…read more... I've been a client of hers for over 2 years and it started off great. Today I had to put in a request to cancel my policy and the conversation started off okay, as soon as she heard I'm canceling..things turned 180 and she said in a brutal tone that I have to draft a letter and fax it to her(agency rules...I never had to do this) then the phone went silent. Called her again.. no answer.. lucky I was able to get it taken care of with a brief conversation with the insurance company. I get it, losing clients suck and it was an unfortunate situation. We have to remember to do what's right regardless and despite the terrible exit scenario, she was a good Agent prior to this.

They didn't even give a notice when adding our two new cars. The women in the office are condescending and unprofessional. I am not your "honey" and they always give conflicting information.
