My 2 year old son was also present at the time of impact and I mentioned NUMEROUS times to the adjuster (Jorel DeLaCruz) about it and even the appraiser and NOONE followed up on replacing my car seat. All they did was pay for my bumper cover, neglected to acknowledge that my alignment was jacked up (which I told them NUMEROUS times as well) and Mr. DeLaCruz was extremely rude and disrespectful. When the appraiser came to look at my car, he told my husband and I that he doesn't deal with car seat claims. Even spoke to the superior of said company and he told me that since the appraiser "had no reason to believe" that my car seat was compromised, they didn't add that to the estimate. And also informed me that my claim was closed out but had ZERO communication with me whatsoever. This company is absolute trash and if you get into an accident and have kids/child restraint systems, you better hope and pray that they DONT have AALL insurance cuz your life will be hell dealing with them. They start me off with the first month of like around 360 and my bill would be like 220 a month. So i start of with them the lady takes pictures of my cars for the full coverage and i give them all information they asked for including proof of previous insurance ..not even a month of moving over i get a message of a past due bill so i go and check it out at their office and they said every thing is fine. I pay off whatever they tell me too. So on what would be my second month i went in to pay bill and they canceled me i ask why and they say no idea but my policy has been canceled since the 4th of September and I'm like why i made my payments. She said i never gave them proof of previous insurance i responded that i did, and she looks on her computer and verifies that i did. So she said well since it got canceled now the insurer witch is kemper insurance wont take you back and new policy is twice as much. Funny part is they billed me once more with a new balance after they ripped me off took my money and canceled me very un professional i have proof of payments and text that company sent me including dates. Manager of this branch was involved with insuring me the first time. I was so upset that I've been driving un insured with tho babies and these people don't even bother to let you know that they will cancel they just take your money and cancel you. They admit that they messed up but cant do nothing about it.. will report to better business bureau. Moved to geico as of today i should get my money back since i was never insured by them. I added pictures ass proof of days and how i got billed 3 times within 1 month.
