I called to cancel my home insurance policy because I no longer live in the apartment it was assigned to. The guy who answered the phone, because let's be real, he was a big pain in the ass- wouldn't take no for an answer. Yea I'm talking about you, Jonna Gorgas. You suck. And if the way State Farm trains employees to pressure clients into staying, then as a company you need to modify the way you're doing things. I work in healthcare, over 50 hours a week. I don't have time for anything. I was on the phone with Jonna for 10 minutes and this guy would not take "no" for an answer so I hung up and called corporate. The girl who helped me canceled my policy in less than 2 minutes- no questions asked. It's really annoying when people don't listen to what you're saying. I plan on leaving State Farm after this. I don't care about the loyalty I've had with them over the years, their customer service (in the offices) is poor. They should compensate me for the trouble and TIME I've wasted on this issue.

When we finally caught the identity theft my husband cancelled the policy immediately and explained the situation. W received the cancellation notice as well as the remaining bill. When my husband called to discuss this matter with the agent she literally laughed at him for not paying a "petty" amount of $1.25. It is this offices fault for allowing a person to start a policy on someone else! I am so furious we will be taking this to the department of insurance. My husband decided to make the payment to end the headache and a gentlemen answered. He said he was not at the office and to call the main number. When my husband had tried calling the main office number he was on a repeat prompt to win a cruise! Then the man said he would write down our card number to take the payment later!
