Cynthia won't do that, but her staff will promise they did. So when you need to file an insurance claim, you get to discover that you don't have insurance on the property you live in, because Cynthia and her crack team lied to you for money. But don't try to tell them that, they love to yell at you after messing up. They also lie about when Cynthia is in the office so she doesn't have to face the people she messes with. She'll even turn the phones off to avoid accountability. Never ever give this woman any money or trust. They treat you like a cross between an ATM and a dog. Its disgusting. 1 star is far too many.

No matter what state you're in they all look the same. The only changes will come from staff or location. This branch right off Old Country Road is an easy in and out with a fair amount of parking. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs.
