This is inefficient and their bookkeeping system is not up to par. I'm very dissatisfied with how this is being handled. There should be a confirmation that goes along with online payments or they shouldn't offer this option.

In our first interaction, he called me argumentative and combative when I was not even upset. It was the worst experience with any business I have had in this industry after 8 years. I asked to not work with Steve any longer but he was still communicating with me and asking for my address to send payment. Before I could respond, he apparently blocked my email. The police officer who wrote up the report watched the entire break-in on their surveillance cameras. This was the 3rd part insurance company's claim, reminding you...the break-in is all on tape and the police officer witnessed it: Based on the information I was provided when the claim was reported out insured paid for the broken window out of his pocket, the other damage to the vehicle was not caused by our insured, but was a result of the accident you were in prior to the vehicle being towed, therefore we would not be responsible to repair those damages. In regards to your stolen items, I have reviewed the file with my manager, and have determined there is no liability on my insured's part based on the facts he did his due diligence by securing the vehicle behind a locked gate.
