I followed up on the 19th to confirm she had my correct email, and she said she'd get back to me soon--but again, nothing. I tried calling her on the 21st, left a voicemail, and still no response. She completely ghosted me. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. I ended up finding another broker over the weekend who actually got me insured by the 24th.
