Policy was voided 6 months before I figured out what was going on. Office manager (Samantha) was extremely rude and condescending. She avoided my questions and continuously denied responsibility. When asked, she wasn't able to produce documents to back up her claim that she contacted me. Office refused to allow me to talk to agency owner. The founder was a really great person and not to mention a successful business person. After the call I had another call with another potential lender. After speaking to the founder of Amerifactors on the previous call, I thought to myself, if the founder, and owner of Amerifactors would take the time to speak to me directly, why would I want to business with the other company. I decided not to move forward with them. 10 months later I learned that they filed a UCC against my company. I called them thinking this was an honest mistake on their end. I was shocked to learn that it was not a mistake and they refused to remove it unless I paid them $2000. Then a week later they changed it to $5000. So if you enjoy being locked into an agreement before actually being through your on boarding process and then extorted for your money then use this company. If you want to do business with honest people with integrity then I would look elsewhere because i assure you Amerifactors is not any of those things.
