The adjuster, Luis, had somewhat of a flippant attitude letting me know that all they would give me was $500 for a few shingles and since my deductible is!$1000 guess who's holding the bill.....This is why I can't stand these ripoff companies. read more

Changed over to Allstate in July, and loved it. The quote we were given was great and all was good. Then in December we received a notice from our mortgage company showing a shortage in our escrow account. The shortage was due to a 2nd payment to Allstate for additional premium that we were not made aware of. Allstate refused to accept the square footage of our tax assessment and decided that the square footage of our home was almost double of the actual square footage. And now the only way to correct this error is for us to pay for an appraisal. I really feel that they are using a bait and switch tactic to bring in new customers and then try and force them to pay more than they should have to. read more
