Since drone insurance isn't a common request, I figured I wouldn't get answers until someone researched it. Jose was knowledgeable about drone policies and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me a quote and was in the process of setting up the policy when he called me back and said it'd be cheaper than he originally thought (I appreciate his honesty). Jose was great at communicating with me and called to keep me updated every step of the way. He had my new policy active the same day that I called. He was thorough in explaining what I needed and didn't need. He went out of his way to be polite and courteous to me.
