He said I should call the 800 number and request an agent change because they obviously made a mistake.also He wanted me to email him my policy so He could review it. I did that immediately. He then shouted to Kevin Mcdade that he wondered how much money they lost on this mistake. I ignored that and called Farmers to make the change. Weeks went by and not one call from this agency. I left two messages. Not one call back. Then I called everyday and they never seemed to be there it always rang and went to the voicemail .I called again and this time blocked my number. Ken answered on the first ring!!! I couldn't believe it. When he heard my name he didn't know what to say. I asked why they weren't returning my calls and that I had to block my number for them to answer me. Of course he denied it and said he called me back and did I check my voicemail??I was so upset I called Farmers corporate headquarters and told them what happened.The woman from Farmers said they did that because when you do an agent change the new agent doesn't make the money the would originally!! The building was ok but you could tell it needed much work. Back then I dealt with Christine, she was the first Insurance Agent I ever talked to.
