It took a…read moreridiculous amount of my time and effort over nine (9) months and effort to get my dad's auto policy updated. Cam assured me repeatedly that he was working on the issue. I gained access to my dad's online portal today and saw that he clearly did NOT take any action until February 17th - after I filed a formal complaint with the GA Insurance Dept (which also took unnecessary time). They offered to pay 25% of the repair costs and claimed repairs weren't accident related. I have to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars because they claim my repairs aren't accident related, including a split rotor. Like wow. I switched to progressive and I'm saving almost $200 a month. Don't get insurance here. They will not pay for your claim. They just lost a customer of over 5 plus years with 4 other cars on the same policy. Their loss.
