An admitted error on their part, that they charged us for and refused to refund. Rather than take accountability and professionally assist my husband, she makes allegations that he was threatening her despite cameras being in the office to prove otherwise. My husband had to call the police to protect himself the moment she began acting as if she was in danger. Rather than conduct a thorough investigation, my husband was asked to leave the premises and informed he was banned from the premises. In order to remain compliant, he left because we all know what happens to a black man when a white woman speaks to the cops in tears. Despite our best efforts to file a complaint with State Farm, we receive a notice on 12/14 informing us that we were banned from all State Farm Offices. Additionally, we receive new policy cards dated 12/6 (date of incident) and another letter of due payment for 12/28. Please explain how someone who felt threatened managed to still process a new policy for someone banned and is expecting payment.
