Nope never happened. called again she was with a client. would call back. Nope. Today I called again. she was not available BUT she did call back but acted at first as if she had no recollection of speaking with us. When I expressed my concern that she had not gotten back to us even after several phone calls, she said she was just getting back after being sick with Covid and out for 3 weeks. No one else including the receptionist who previously had told us that she was at lunch, or with the client knew she was out sick for three weeks???? What a way to run a business, and now we are scrambling to find coverage.
